Anna received her formal education in design at renowned art academy, Otis Parsons. Having grown up in a family of Beverly Hills real estate developers and being the daughter of an interior designer, she has spent the last twenty years involved in all aspects of remodeling and interior design.

She understands high-end real estate, which enables her to create gorgeous spaces and stage landmark estates for quick sale.

Working with many affluent clients, Anna has developed a keen sense of what her clients need and want and she is able to make even the most challenging spaces look irresistible to buyers. Her clients joke that she should have been a therapist, but the truth is, she is just a good listener with a goal to make the most out of each space she works in. It’s important to Anna to design functional rooms that look world class and feel comfortable. She respects her clients’ style, and she is always honest about what she feels will help make their space the absolute best that it can be.

Christina deserves special acknowledgment as an important member of our home staging design team, following the purchase of her firm’s collection of designer furnishings. Christina has vast experience, top industry contacts and home staging expertise. She comes to the Westside by way of New York. Her formal education is in furniture history (Bard College) which she rounds out with years of experience in the world of advertising, and 10 years of luxury home staging, for a formidable combination that her clients love. Lillian Lageyre, a Los Angeles native, has been designing homes on the West Side for 25+ years.

Lillian honed her design skills with a formal education from Otis Parsons. Lillian’s refined eye for design and attention to detail allow her to produce elegantly curated spaces, elevating the buyers experience and maximizing the homes potential. The talented designer comes to us via our recent merger with the highly sought after Fictional Homes.

Vida Aval’s interest in interior design was driven by the desire to help others create warm and welcoming places to live.  The long-term partnerships and friendships with her clients have enabled Vida to expand her work from designing and remodeling homes into decorating and staging some of the most exclusive properties in Los Angeles and New York.  Her work includes properties ranging from $5 million to $80 million and has been showcased in ELLE Décor magazine.  Vida has also been a frequent speaker and panelist on topics related to interior design and staging.  As part of her work, Vida has had the opportunity to with celebrities around the world. Her custom design ideas continue to add market value for homes in some of the most prominent neighborhoods in Southern California, including Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu.

Sonya is an accomplished interior designer with over a decade of experience in LA and training from The School for Architecture and Industrial Design in Philadelphia. Specializing in furniture design, luxury staging, and interior spaces, she brings a visionary yet functional approach to every project. Sonya’s attention to detail and personalized style ensures each space reflects her clients' vision, combining beauty with practicality to bring their dreams to life.

Evelyn is a native Southern Californian and received her Interior Design education at renowned university, UCLA. Her interest in Interior Design sparked at a young age, as a daughter of a furniture maker. Evelyn's work includes new construction, renovations, and staging. She has worked on a variety of projects from residential to commercial spaces. Evelyn believes that each home has a story to tell, and that no home should look or feel the same.

Mieke (pronounced Meekah) was born in the Netherlands and raised in Belgium and France. Mieke has lived and worked all over the world in cosmopolitan regions such as France, Spain, Switzerland and Hong Kong. She taps in her international sensibility and taste in order to bring the client’s desires into reality. Working in the design field for over 35 years, Mieke’s work is not limited by the fickle winds of fashion or what’s trendy. The expression of Mieke’s vision is affectionately referred to by her clients as “Miekestyle”.

Daniele is an experienced interior designer and home stager with seven years of expertise in transforming spaces into stunning, functional and marketable environments. Known for a highly creative approach and a keen eye for detail, Daniele specializes in crafting personalized designs that elevate a home's aesthetic, appeal and most of all, marketability. Her staged homes average less than 30 days on market. Clients appreciate her friendly, approachable demeanor and ability to make the design & staging process seamless and enjoyable. Whether designing a dream home or staging for a sale, Daniele brings a fresh perspective and a passion for creating spaces that feel both beautiful and lived-in.

Haleh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Her design philosophy is to uphold style rather than trend. She believes every project is meticulously assessed and developed with leverage from training and experience. Haleh believes that each client's home has its own unique story to tell and no two should look or feel the same. It is with that philosophy that Haleh approaches every space that she creates inspired by world travel, culture, fashion and interiors both new and old.
